Terms and conditions of service and delivery

Parties: Voima Gold Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Customer using the service (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you")

The Company sells investment grade gold products and other consumer goods. The prices of investment grade gold products do not include value-added tax. The prices of products and services subject to value-added tax include the value-added tax. The Company reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Creating an account

As a Customer, you can create an account ("Customer Account") in the Voima Store service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) either directly through the Service or through a social networking service accepted by the Service at any given time (e.g. Facebook).

When registering, the Customer must provide the information required by the Service truthfully.

Customers are solely responsible for all activities carried out through their Customer Account and for its secure use, regular updating, confidentiality and any other similar matters. If the Customer notices that someone else has used their Customer Account without permission, the Customer must send an email notification to contact@voimagold.com.


Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the shopping cart’s contents by using an online payment service. All Customer information is processed confidentially. The use of the contact information collected during the ordering process is further described in the privacy policy. By placing an order in the online store, you are required to have familiarised yourself with and committed to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy, which are available on the Service's website.

Payment and payment methods

The payment intermediary service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or credit card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact the product supplier as a first step.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which includes your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer care immediately. Keep the order confirmation in case you may need to contact our Customer care. When contacting us, always have your customer number and order number at hand.

Delivery methods and costs

The delivery methods are pickup and insured shipment by the Finnish postal service, Posti. Insured shipping is only available in Finland (excluding Åland). The delivery costs include the order’s processing, shipping and packaging costs. In the shopping cart, an estimate of the shipping costs is provided based on the default delivery method. The exact shipping costs will be shown after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods. The available delivery methods depend on the contents, value and total weight of the shopping cart. At the checkout, you can choose the most suitable delivery method among the available options, along with the exact shipping costs.

The sender is responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered. The sender will compensate the recipient for any lost shipments and the products sent therein in case the shipping company confirms that the shipment has been lost.

Delivery time

The delivery times in Finland (excluding Åland) may vary depending on the order and chosen delivery method. We will inform you about exceptions to the delivery time estimates if the shopping cart contains products that are out of stock, and we will also inform you immediately of any possible delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages caused by delays. We will inform you about exceptional delivery times on our Service’s website when possible. Before delivering the shipment, the Customer must identify themselves in accordance with the detailed guidance of the Finnish Tax Administration (A80/200/2013), if the total value of a single transaction or interconnected transactions is at least €15,000.

Return policy

Right to cancel an order

Investment grade gold products cannot be returned or exchanged for other products, since they are consumer commodities whose price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial markets. These fluctuations are beyond the control of the Company and they could take place during the cancellation. The Customer has the right to cancel an order until the payment for the products has been made.

In the case of consumer products, the Customer has a right to return the consumer product within 14 days from the delivery. The Customer is responsible for covering the shipping expenses of the returned product. The Company will refund the Customer for all of the received payments regarding the returned consumer products within 14 days from when the Company has received the returned products or from when the Customer can prove with evidence that they have sent the products back. The Company will refund the Customer through the same medium as the payment was made. The returned consumer products must be in their original packaging and in a condition for resale; if this is not the case, the Customer loses their return right and the Company is not liable to refund the Customer for the price of the consumer product.

If the Customer does not receive the consumer product they have paid for or the consumer product is faulty and the Company cannot provide a replacement for the product, the Customer has a right to be refunded for the price of the product within 14 days from when the Company receives a written notification of the matter.

Unclaimed package

Not claiming a package is not the same as returning or cancelling an order. In the case of an unclaimed package, you have the option of reshipment or pickup from a designated location. We will charge the applicable handling and shipping costs for reshipment.

Issues and problems

If the shipment has been damaged during transportation and/or you suspect any damage to its contents, you should not accept the shipment but return it to the sender and notify our Customer care. We are not responsible for the contents of the shipment and we do not have any liability for compensation after you have received it.
