Toimitusehdot - Voima Store -verkkokauppa

Palvelua käyttävä asiakas: (jäljempänä ”Asiakas” tai ”sinä”).

Yritys myy sijoituskultatuotteita sekä muita kulutustuotteita. Sijoituskultatuotteiden hinnat eivät sisällä arvonlisäveroa. Arvonlisäveron alaisten tuotteiden ja palveluiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin.

Asiakastilin luominen

Voit asiakkaana luoda Palveluun asiakastilin joko suoraan Palvelun kautta tai Palvelun kulloinkin hyväksymien yhteisöpalvelujen (esim. Facebook) avulla (jäljempänä ”Asiakastili”).

Asiakkaan tulee rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä antaa Palvelun edellyttämät tiedot totuudenmukaisesti.

Asiakkaat ovat yksinomaisesti vastuussa kaikesta Asiakastilin kautta suoritetusta toiminnasta sekä salasanan turvallisesta käytöstä, säännöllisestä päivittämisestä, salassapidosta ja kaikesta muusta vastaavasta. Mikäli Asiakas huomaa, että joku muu on käyttänyt tämän Asiakastiliä ilman lupaa, Asiakkaan tulee ilmoittaa asiasta sähköpostiosoitteeseen contact@voimagold.com.

Tilaaminen

Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupassa siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkomaksupalvelussa. Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjen yhteystietojen käyttö on esitetty tarkemmin Tietosuojaselosteessa. Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin sekä Tietosuojaselosteeseen, joka on saatavissa Yhtiön verkkosivuilla.

Maksaminen ja maksutavat

Maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttajana ja maksupalveluntarjoajana toimii Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Paytrail Oyj näkyy maksun saajana tiliotteella tai korttilaskulla ja välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Paytrail Oyj:llä on maksulaitoksen toimilupa. Reklamaatiotapauksissa pyydämme ottamaan ensisijaisesti yhteyttä tuotteen toimittajaan.

Tilaus- ja maksuvahvistus

Kun olemme vastaanottaneet tilauksesi, lähetämme sinulle välittömästi sähköpostilla tilausvahvistuksen, josta näkyvät tilaustietosi. Tarkasta aina tilausvahvistuksen sisältö. Jos sinulla on kysyttävää, ota heti yhteys asiakaspalveluumme. Säästä tilausvahvistus, mikäli joudut ottamaan yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun. Asioidessasi asiakaspalvelussa pidä aina mahdollinen asiakasnumerosi ja tilausnumerosi saatavilla.

Toimitustavat ja -kulut

Toimituskulut sisältävät lähetys- ja pakkauskulut. Esitämme ostoskorissa arvion tulevista toimituskuluista ensisijaisen käytössä olevan toimitustavan mukaan. Tarkat toimituskulut näet valittuasi tilaukselle haluamasi maksu- ja toimitustavat. Käytössä olevat toimitustavat riippuvat ostoskorin sisällöstä, arvosta ja yhteispainosta. Voit valita kassalla käytössä olevista toimitustavoista sinulle parhaiten sopivan vaihtoehdon, jonka yhteydessä tarkka toimituskulu on esitetty.

Lähettäjä on vastuussa lähetyksestä sen luovutushetkeen saakka. Lähettäjä korvaa vastaanottajalle kuljetuksessa kadonneen lähetyksen ja siinä lähetetyt tuotteet, mikäli kuljetusyhtiö toteaa lähetyksen kadonneeksi.

Toimitusaika - ehdot

Yleisimmät toimitusaikamme Suomeen voivat vaihdella tilauksesta ja toimitustavasta riippuen. Poikkeukset toimitusaika-arvioihin on kerrottu, jos ostoskorissa on lähetysvarastosta loppuneita tuotteita ja ilmoitamme myös mahdollisista viivästyksistä teille välittömästi tilaamisen jälkeen. Emme vastaa ylivoimaisen esteen aiheuttamista viivästymisistä tai viivästysten aiheuttamista välillisistä haitoista. Verkkokauppa tiedottaa sivuillaan poikkeavista toimitusajoista. Ennen lähetyksen toimittamista asiakkaan on tunnistauduttava Verohallinnon syventävien ohjeiden (A80/200/2013) mukaisesti, mikäli yhden liiketoimen tai toisiinsa kytkeytyneiden liiketoimien yhteenlaskettu arvo on vähintään 15 000 euroa.

Palautusehdot

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

Lunastamaton paketti

Lunastamatta jättäminen ei ole sama asia kuin palautus tai peruutus. Lunastamatta jätetyn paketin osalta sinulla on mahdollisuus uudelleenlähetykseen tai noutoon toimipisteestä. Uudelleen lähetyksestä perimme voimassa olevat käsittely- ja toimituskustannukset.

Ongelmatilanteet

Mikäli lähetys on vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana ja epäilet lähetyksen sisältöä, ei sinun tule vastaanottaa lähetystä vaan palauttaa se lähettäjälle ja ilmoittaa asiasta asiakaspalveluumme. Emme vastaa eikä meillä ole korvausvelvollisuutta lähetyksen sisällöstä sen jälkeen, kun olet vastaanottanut lähetyksen.

Customer using the service: (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you").

The company sells investment grade gold products and other consumer goods. The prices of investment grade gold products do not include value-added tax. The prices of products and services subject to value-added tax include the value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. 

Creating an account

As a customer, you can create an account ("Customer Account") in the Service either directly through the Service or through community services accepted by the Service at any given time (e.g., Facebook).

When registering, the customer must provide the information required by the Service truthfully.

Customers are solely responsible for all activities carried out through their Customer Account and for the secure use, regular updating, confidentiality, and any other similar matters. If the customer notices that someone else has used their Customer Account without permission, the customer must notify us by email at contact@voimagold.com. 

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart using an online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The use of contact information collected during the order process is further described in the Privacy Policy. By placing an order in the online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the applicable terms and conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available on the Company's website. 

Payment and payment methods

The payment intermediary service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or credit card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier as a first step.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which includes your order details. Please check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include shipping and packaging costs. An estimate of the future shipping costs is provided in the shopping cart based on the primarily offered delivery method. The exact shipping costs will be shown after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods during the checkout process. The available delivery methods depend on the content, value, and total weight of the shopping cart. At the checkout, you can choose the most suitable delivery method among the available options, along with the corresponding exact shipping cost.

The sender is responsible for the shipment until the time of delivery. The sender will compensate the recipient for any lost shipment and the products sent therein if the shipping company confirms that the shipment is lost. 

Delivery time

The estimated delivery times to Finland may vary depending on the order and chosen delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates will be communicated if the shopping cart contains products that are out of stock, and we will also inform you immediately of any possible delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages caused by delays. The online store informs about exceptional delivery times on its website when possible. Before delivering the shipment, the customer must identify themselves in accordance with the detailed instructions of the Finnish Tax Administration (A80/200/2013) if the total value of a single transaction or interconnected transactions is at least €15,000. 

Return policy

Unclaimed package 

Not claiming a package is not the same as returning or canceling an order. In the case of an unclaimed package, you have the option of reshipment or pickup from a designated location. We will charge the applicable handling and shipping costs for reshipment.

Issues and problems 

If the shipment has been damaged during transportation and you suspect any damage to its contents, you should not accept the shipment but return it to the sender and notify our customer service. We are not responsible for the contents of the shipment after you have received it, and we do not have any liability for compensation.
